Site update: Type Club of Toronto

I have just changed the Type Club of Toronto site from a static site to a blog. I was surprised at the amount of initial resistance that I got from the board of directors. It seems that blogging has a bad rep in some circles. Now the director is blogging a couple of times a week and is loving it.
About me
I have worked in design and development for more than 15 years and I have worked across a variety of medias including online, multimedia, print and broadcast. Performing an equally diverse set of tasks such as Creative Director, Art Director, Producer, Designer, Artist, Photographer. I am always searching for the next challenge, if you have something in mind send me an email.
Interests
Accessibility, design, web standards etc. Since 1999 I have been working with Community Living Toronto to create ConnectABILITY, a website in support of people with an intellectual disability.
Typography has been a love of mine for quite some time. I started my design career off at a studio doing photostats of letraset catalogues, then cutting up the type and hand setting headlines for comps. I have been on the board with the Type Club of Toronto for the past 6 years.
